Luviacure, by introducing itself as a customer and / or employee with real and / or unreal information, to obtain information such as all kinds of trade secrets, know-how of Luviacure, including but not limited to information on the economic and administrative functioning of the company; reserves the right to file a lawsuit for compensation of 10,000£ against persons who are thought to be and/or determined to trying to use, sell or trade any kind of content they have acquired without Luviacure’s written consent and to reserves the right to apply and/or demand all kinds of judicial, administrative and criminal authorities regarding these criminal acts. If this situation is determined by Luviacure, the contractual relationship between the parties may be terminated unilaterally by Luviacure immediately without any liability o the Luviacure.
